Acceptance
By accessing framework-ci.digital or enrolling in a Framework CI session, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book a seat.
About us

Website use
You may browse informational pages, submit enquiry forms, and review published rates. You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, scrape content at scale, or present our materials as your own curriculum.
Sessions and bookings
Session descriptions and rates are informational. A booking is confirmed only when we accept your request and any required deposit is received. We may decline enrolments that do not fit capacity, language, or experience expectations stated for a session.
Intellectual property
Chart packs, annotation sheets, drill sequences, and website copy remain the property of Framework CI or their respective owners. You may keep personal notes from sessions you attend. You may not reproduce, sell, or publicly redistribute our drill materials without written permission.
No investment advice
Framework CI teaches chart-reading judgment. We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or trade signals. You are solely responsible for trading decisions and their outcomes.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Framework CI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from participation in sessions, including trading losses. Our aggregate liability relating to a paid session is limited to the fees you paid for that session.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (United Kingdom). Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
