Refund & Cancellation Policy

Scope

This policy covers fees paid for Framework CI studio sessions: candlestick reading drills, live annotation labs, private chart critiques, weekend pattern intensives, and published multi-session packs. It does not cover third-party software, brokerage costs, or materials you purchase independently.

Deposit and confirmation

A deposit or full prepayment may be required to hold a seat. Until we confirm your booking by email, no fee is due. After confirmation, the rules below apply.

Full refund eligibility

You may receive a full refund of fees paid for a session if you cancel in writing (email to hello@framework-ci.digital) at least 7 full days before the scheduled start time, and the session has not yet begun.

Partial refund

Cancellations received between 3 and 6 full days before the start time may receive a 50% refund of the session fee. Packs are refunded proportionally for unused seats that meet the same notice rules.

Non-refundable situations

• Cancellations with fewer than 3 full days’ notice
• No-shows without prior written cancellation
• Sessions already started or completed
• Printed chart packs or annotation sheets already prepared for a private critique you cancel inside the non-refundable window (a materials fee of up to ₩30,000 may be retained even when other partial rules apply)

Rescheduling

You may request one complimentary reschedule with at least 5 full days’ notice, subject to available seats. Later reschedules are treated as cancellations under the timelines above. Private critiques may be moved once within a 30-day window if the instructor schedule allows.

Work already started

If a private critique or lab has begun — including cases where chart review started on materials you sent early — fees for completed portions are non-refundable. Unused future pack seats remain subject to the notice rules.

How to request a refund

Email hello@framework-ci.digital with your name, session date, and booking reference. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Bank processing times may add several days. We do not issue cash refunds at the studio.

Studio cancellations

If Framework CI cancels a session, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later date at no extra cost.
