Data we collect
- Identity and contact details you submit (name, email, phone if provided)
- Session preferences, chart timeframe notes, and message content in enquiry forms
- Booking and payment correspondence needed to run a session
- Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and cookie identifiers as described in our Cookie Policy
We do not ask for brokerage passwords, account numbers, or government identity documents through the website form.
Purposes
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, schedule seats, send preparation notes, process deposits and refunds, improve session logistics, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Legal bases
Depending on the context, we rely on steps prior to contract, performance of a training agreement, legitimate interests in operating a small studio, consent for non-essential cookies, and legal obligations where applicable.
Retention
Enquiry messages without a booking are typically retained up to 24 months. Booking and payment records are kept for the period required by applicable tax and accounting rules, generally up to six years. Cookie lifetimes are listed in the Cookie Policy.
Sharing
We use service providers for email, hosting, and (where used) payment processing. They process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Our studio operates in the Republic of Korea. Website hosting or email tools may process data in other countries, including the United Kingdom or European Economic Area. Where transfers occur, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent measures required by applicable law.
Your rights
Subject to local law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Children
Sessions and the website are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
